Board In Birmingham has been a star in the making since my college days. When everyone else worried about how to get the keg up to our apartment, I was worried about if I had enough cheese and crackers. Upon graduation, I became an Aquatics Director and Food & Beverage Manager at an elite private country club. In my 12 years there, I learned a thing or two about catering and making events memorable.
